Server 709 Rules of Engagement (ROE)

Any ROE offense may result in being demoted from position or kicked from the alliance.

These ships are always protected from attack:

• Any survey ship that is under protected cargo (UPC) – “No Loot, Don’t Shoot”.

• Any ship in Transwarp/Token space, regardless of under or over protected cargo (UPC/OPC) status. Only the Voyager is protected in Voyager token space.

• Any ship in an active armada.

• Survey/Miners in Territory can only be killed if over protected cargo (OPC) and alliance is not an ally or friendly.

Exceptions to above:

• Stations – “Shield or Share” except ally or friendly.

• All Warships “floating” are fair game (Except in token/transwarp spaces or ally or friendly).

• Territory Takeovers.

• When a war declaration is posted, ROE is void with that other team.

• Any ship on an inactive mining node, aka “zero node” or “z-node”, except ally or friendly, a “2-minute warning” private message (PM) must be sent & a screenshot must be taken of the message and node status at zero, as the defender can request proof of zero node at any time.
